I love this and couldn't agree more. Their whole powerful system of gaslighting survives on our agreement to believe their lies and camouflage attempts, and to be distracted by their shaming. It is also painful to see the truth in the monstrous behavior. But the only way to start healing that pain, is to be out of it. Great, insightful piece.
